Back in 2021 Nancy Pelosi placed one of her largest trades of her lifetime, a $10 million investment in Microsoft (MSFT). The price Nancy bought Microsoft was $230 per share. Today Microsoft is at $305 per share, a 33% gain in three years or a cool $3.3 million.

From the public filings, it appears as if Nancy continues to hold her $13.3 million position in Microsoft. With a 0.89% dividend yield she is generating $118k per year, alone, in just dividend income.

But the real reason why Pelosi continues to hold Microsoft isn’t because of the sweet dividends. It is for the potential share price appreciation based on massive growth in AI, among other things.
