Warren Buffett loaded up on some cheap Japanese companies over the past few days.
It was probably a great buy.
I have always loved Japanese companies as the management teams are ultra conservative, they keep a ton of cash on hand and equities in Japan tend to trade at cheap valuations.
In fact, I have made a ton of money buying Japanese net-nets in the past — a strategy that Buffett killed it on in his younger days.
The recent allocation back to Japan from Buffett looks really interesting so we dug deeper into the names he bought.
